These terms govern your use of KEMETORY, a social media publishing service available at kemetory.com and app.kemetory.com. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Accounts

KEMETORY is currently invite-only. Accounts are created after a signup request is approved. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to manage any social media account you connect.

Your content

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and text you upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service — storing your media, generating captions, and publishing to the social accounts you connect, at your direction. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the law and with the platform policies of Instagram and Facebook (Meta).

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
• No attempts to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• No use that violates Meta's Platform Terms or community standards.

Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on Meta's APIs, which we do not control. Features may change or become unavailable if Meta changes its APIs or policies. We are not responsible for actions Meta takes on your connected accounts.

AI-generated content

Captions suggested by KEMETORY are generated by AI and provided as drafts. Review them before publishing — you are responsible for everything published from your accounts.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or remove features, and may update these terms — material changes will be reflected on this page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEMETORY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
